Among recent projects are advisory to Monitin group and the court appointed receiver for the Fishman group's assets with regard to the sale of their holdings in HOT, a subsidiary of Altice N.V. (2018), advisory to the Bar On - Agmon group with regard to its acquisition of Globes (2017), advisory services to financial institutions and others with regard to several investments in medical facilities (2016-2017), advisory services to a food manufacturer in several strategic acquisitions (2016-2017), advisory services to Allied Holding Group with regard to its investment in UPS Israel (OPSI) (2015), advisory services to a leading private equity firm with regard to a minority acquisition of an automotive aftermarket manufacturer (2012), advisory services to a large shipping group within the framework of fund raising (2012), advisory services to Cohen Development's major shareholders in selling their holdings to the Delek Group (Gas & Oil sector, 2011), investment in the "Carmel Tunnels" project (2010), acquisitions of electronic device companies (2011), fund raising for an international real estate company (2010).
